Applications to be considered for musical support from the Royal Marines Band Service

All bids for RM Band bookings (for the period April 09 - April 10) are to be received by the RMBS Engagement Co-ordinator by 01 October 2008. These are then collated and discussed at the Engagements Conference in early November 08. Letters notifying all sponsors of the outcome of their requests are released once the new engagements programme is ratified in early December 08.

Requests are still processed once the engagements programme is live, but are dealt with 'case by case' and they are then obviously subject to the availability of RM Bands and other engagements or higher categoried functions.

Requests need to include the following engagement information:

Date & time (inc. any alternative dates)
Location
Requirements* (musical ensemble size/type)
Details of any VIP attendance
Contact Address, Name & Number / emai / Mobile.

*Guidance can be sort from the Engagements Co-ordinator on typical RM Band ensembles.
