Back in March 2011 two girls met, completely by chance, through a Facebook group when both of their boyfriends were deployed to Afghanistan. Since meeting, a strong friendship continued to grow as they help and support each other through what were very tough times.
They wanted to do something to cheer all the boys up and so they thought what better than a cheeky photo to remind them of what they were missing at home - it was there that the calendar was born! From there they took it upon theirselves to seek out the gorgeous girls who love and look after their Royal Marines and the response was been astounding, they only hope that this project will bring people together who might not already have the support of a friend in the same position - something that they couldn't live without.
All profit from the sale of these calendars will go to the Royal Marines Charitable Trust Fund a cause close to the heart of the girls and the Royal Marines serving their country.
