Weapon Training

As a Royal Marines musician you will be expected, at various times throughout your career, to handle certain weapons. A weapons Training Instructor will show you the types of weapons you will be expected to use.

Training film and Brief

This is a chance to see something of how you will be trained, the standards expected, where you will be posted and the sort of life you can look forward to in the Royal Marines. You may even get the chance to see the ceremonial uniform you hope to wear. The film is followed by talk outlining your New Entry training - what will happen after you receive your joining instructions so that you will know what to expect and what is expected of you. Again we cannot stress it too strongly - if you have questions, ASK THEM. If you don't, we will assume you understand.
