 Musn Thomas John Pearson was born on 31 March 1991 making him the youngest member of Troop 2007, with the eldest being 10 years older, at 26! He comes from Tameside, Manchester where he lived from birth, till the day he left behind a younger brother and both his parents and moved to Portsmouth to join the Royal Marines.
Having been brought up in a very musical family, learning how to play an instrument came very much second nature to him. He was tutored by his grandad from the age of six until the day he joined the Royal Marines School of Music. Prior to joining, he had just finished his high school career at Mossley Hollins High School. Throughout his GCSE year he maintained two part time jobs, one within the family business, and still attended band and basketball.
