 Musn Adrian Higginson was born in May 1988 in North Yorkshire. It was there that he spent the early years of his life. At the age of three his parents, both being in the Army, were deployed to Cyprus. He spent four years in there before moving to Cornwall. It was there that he started to learn the cornet in primary school. He joined the local brass band, Pendennis Brass Band, and played with the Band up until 2006.
It was with Pendennis Brass Band that he moved from cornet to baritone and finally to euphonium. At secondary school he became involved with jazz bands, orchestras and wind bands which he thoroughly enjoyed. After finishing secondary he decided on 6th form where he achieved three A levels including music. In 2006 he moved from Pendennis to St Keverne Brass Band who are a first section band. As well as playing music, he also enjoys sailing, running and rugby. He will be training at the School of Music on the euphonium and cello.
