Monday

Today started with a session of phys with CSgt Ian Laughton and we did laps on the track to work on stamina. It was then back in work for 0850. I had a violin lesson today to work on my grade 8 pieces. In the afternoon we had an orchestral rehearsal for Open Day.

Tuesday

We had rounds by Sgt Boland. Then we had concert band rehearsal for the Liverpool gig on Friday which was taken by WO1 Hodge.
After morning stand easy I had a violin run through ready for my Grade 8. In the afternoon it was big band.

Wednesday

The first detail of the day was to meet at the cricket pitches at 1000 for a student V's instructors match. I didn't go myself as I came in and practised. In the afternoon Musn Fothergill and I travelled up to Manchester ready for the gig; a schools concert arranged by BdCSgt Davies, on Friday.

Friday

Arrived in Liverpool for the gig at 1200, we rigged the stage and de-rigged it straight away as it wasn't big enough, then rehearsed for an hour. The concert started at 1315 and it all went okay, all the children seemed to enjoy it. On completion we de-rigged and then left for Portsmouth.
