Monday
This morning started with a jog by CSgt McGough. We ran down to the sea front,
stopped for a circuit and ran back. We then had to be back in work for 0850.
Today consisted of practising my violin and clarinet ready for my final exams
in 6 weeks.
In the afternoon I had a clarinet professor lesson. In the evening I, Musn Fothergill
and Musn Hall went for a drink.
Tuesday
Today we had rounds so we had to dust all our sides and clean our beds ready
for Sgt Boland's inspection. We had to be in work for 0815. Today was spent
practising for the forthcoming gig. In the evening we had Orchestra with WO2
Dean Farrar, this was just a sight reading exercise.
Wednesday
Today we started with parade band. Outside was A band and inside was B band.
Drum Major Boorah inspected us and WO2 Farrar took us for it. After, I had a
professor lesson on my violin.
In the afternoon we usually have RT but as we are all off to Italy next week
we were preparing all the kit that we needed for that week.
Thursday
We started off with a circuit in the gym by Sgt Beattie, this lasted for an
hour then back into work for 0850. After work in the evening we had Concert
Band, this was taken by Major Thornhill.
Friday
Today started with Parade Band but it was cancelled because of the rain. The
rest of the day was spent practising. In the afternoon we rehearsed concert
band again.
